- Incredibly soft skin from the very first shave
- Only one pass needed - slower regrowth
- Soft skin, no more irritation and ingrown hairs
- 20 blades included - years of shaving for £3-4/year
- Plastic-free - only the blade is replaced (and recycled)
- Does not rust, easy to clean
- Suitable for all areas: legs, underarms, bikini line
But how? Plastic razors are naturally lighter, so you have to apply more pressure to shave, damaging the thin layers of skin.
Thanks to its single-blade system, the razor is gentler on the skin than multi-blade razors, without compromising shaving quality.
Unfortunately, that's not all... Plastic razors often also have moisturising strips with controversial ingredients (fragrance, PEG...)
Not to mention the ecological and economic aspects of these razors.

Is your razor safe?
As its name suggests, it is a safety razor haha but compared to other safety razors (which can be intimidating) we have worked to increase safety and thus reduce the number of cuts. Unlike other safety razors, you are much less likely to cut yourself.
How to add the blade?
- Hold the razor handle with one hand and turn the bottom with your other hand.
- Unscrew the handle and remove the razor head.
- Carefully place the blade between the two upper pieces, the smooth and plain side should be against the handle.
- Reassemble everything by screwing the handle back on. The blade direction does not matter because it is the same on both sides.
How to shave with the DermaSoft® razor?
- Moisten your skin with warm water, use an exfoliant (glove, scrub, etc.) to prevent hairs from growing back blocked (prevents ingrown hairs). Use shaving soap, shaving oil, or any other product you are used to.
-
Check that the razor head is mounted the right way.
Important: Tighten the razor head well by holding it on the side so the blade cannot move. - Hold your razor at a 30/35 degree angle and shave with short strokes. This makes it easier to adjust the angle and control your razor.
- Use little or no pressure, the weight of the razor will provide enough.
- Be very careful around the knee, ankle, and back of the ankle areas. These areas are the most dangerous!
- If your legs are warm and moist, you will avoid goosebumps and razor irritation.
- The safety razor may require a little more learning time than a "classic" razor but it is really worth it!
Is it safe to shave all parts of my body?
Yes. No matter the place, time, or way you choose to shave, our razor protects you (...whether legs... or armpits... or anywhere!).
Does your razor rust; can it be used under water?
In 95% of cases no (we explain the remaining 5%)! Thanks to the materials we use, our razor does not rust, and the same goes for the blades. It is specially designed to resist water, allowing you to use it safely in the shower. However, we always recommend rinsing it with cold water after each use and drying it. Why?
Depending on where you live, the water may contain a high concentration of lime which could, over time, corrode even our razor (and this is true for all safety razors).
If you shave frequently, make it a habit to do this every time you change the blade, for example. It is important to disassemble the razor and rinse it well, then wipe it with a towel.
Is your razor suitable for all skin types, even the most sensitive?
Yes! It is even recommended for people with sensitive skin who often have problems with other razors. Since it has only one blade and usually a few passes are enough, it is perfect for sensitive skin.
Combined with a good routine (exfoliation, shaving soap, aftershave oil) it will be your anti-sensitivity ally.

Genuine reviews we love to share
With DermaSoft®, you choose:
Softness. Smooth skin that stays smooth, without irritation or ingrown hairs.
Moisturising strips filled with fragrance. Razors that are too light, forcing you to press hard on your skin, poor quality blades... Stop wondering about the cause of your irritations.
The planet. Reusable for life. Only the blade is replaced and we recycle it for you.
Over 1 billion razors are thrown away worldwide without being recyclable. DermaSoft® is reusable, keep it for decades (without it rusting).
Your budget. £3-4 per year on blades, compared to £50+ with a traditional razor.
A plastic razor might be cheaper to buy, but in the long run, it costs a lot more! At least £50 per year versus £3-4 at DermaSoft®.
And is it difficult to choose?
(it's simple)
How does our razor work?
Disassemble the razor and take a blade.
Position the blade in the razor head.
Close everything up and then screw it in. There you go, ready for the best shave.

A few questions
Safety razors have been forgotten in favour of disposable plastic razors (yes, the plastic industry, economical at first glance but making us repurchase the same product every week, month, year...).
They have existed much longer than these new razors with their moisturising strips, and they are much better. Characterized by the fact that they use only one stainless steel blade that you replace by unscrewing the razor head (more details in our videos), made from much more durable materials, these razors are made to last a lifetime.
Little known or still with preconceived notions: "you can cut yourself with it," "it's for men"... it offers the smoothest shave you can experience. Even more so thanks to the work we have done at DermaSoft®: we adapted the razor head so it can be used on the body (remember that the safety razor is old and was often adapted to men's faces...).
Good question! You may have seen razors similar to ours for sale? But as you might guess, they have nothing to do with our razor.
Why?
- They are not made the same way and are not of the same quality. This causes them to rust and break very quickly. DermaSoft® is a razor that lasts a lifetime!
- There is a higher chance of cutting yourself with other razors! We have worked to create a much safer razor head to minimise the number of cuts. And yes, the myth of a safe razor that cuts every time is over.
Many of you were afraid at first, but many told us that in the end, it was safer than a traditional razor. Surprising, right?
So, as its name suggests, it is a safety razor haha, but compared to other safety razors (which can be intimidating), we have worked to increase safety and thus reduce the number of cuts. Unlike other safety razors, you have much less chance of cutting yourself.
Let's take the example of Clarisse's shaving experience to help you understand the durability of our blades.
Generally, Clarisse shaves every 4 days (although sometimes she might wait a bit longer). She changes the blade after at least 2 months but would say more like 3 months (since she takes good care of it). For 1 pack of 20 blades (free), she has enough to shave for 5 years (that's huge lol). But if you shave every day (which gives you 30 shaves per blade), you will have about 2 years of shaving! 2 years of shaving will cost you exactly £3.75 with the pack of 20 blades. But with the 100-blade pack that lasts you 10 years (or more), you will shave for £2.29 per year!!!
Imagine on Clarisse's scale, if she buys the 100-blade pack, she will use 4-5 blades per year, which means 20 years of shaving already purchased 😅 and for someone who shaves every day -> about 10 years. Nothing more economical & ecological 🥰
However, once again, depending on your usage and how you maintain your razor (never rinsing it...), you might need to change your blade more often. In general, if you feel the shave is becoming uncomfortable, you should change the blade.
Yes! With this, you can shave your bikini line, armpits, etc. BUT we won’t lie to you, like a "classic" razor on these areas, you need to go gently. But you already know that haha.
Our razors are specifically designed to resist water and especially rust (unlike some low-quality safety razors...). You can easily leave it in your shower, but be careful depending on where you live, the water may have a high presence of limescale, so we recommend cleaning it a bit more often in that case (simply open the razor head, where the blade is, and rinse).
