Are the items in the online shop available?
Yes, as a rule, we only display items in our online shop that are in stock and ready for dispatch. As popular items can sell out quickly, we recommend not waiting too long to place your order.
Is there a minimum order value?
No, there is no minimum order value at FoxySea. You can order exactly what you want at any time.
Is there an order limit?
Yes, the maximum order value per order is €400.00.
How do I know if my order was successful?
After you have completed your order, we will automatically send you an order confirmation by email. Please also check your spam folder if you do not find the email immediately.
What is included in the order confirmation?
In the email, you will find all the important information about your purchase, including:
- Your order number (e.g., #1001)
- Billing and delivery address
- Chosen payment and shipping method
- Ordered items and total amount
Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?
Yes, this is possible within a short time window. We process orders very quickly to ensure prompt dispatch.
- Changes or cancellation: You have up to 48 hours after placing the order to inform us of any changes (e.g., colour, size) or a cancellation.
- How it works: Send us an email at info@foxysea.com with your order number and the desired changes. Our team will check if the adjustment is still possible and get in touch with you.
If the 48-hour period has already expired, the order can likely no longer be changed. In this case, you can make use of your right of withdrawal after receiving the goods.
Can the prices change after I have placed my order?
No. The price displayed at the time of your order is the final price for you. Subsequent price changes do not affect orders that have already been placed.
I have received the wrong item. What now?
