Payment Methods and Security

At FoxySea, we want to offer you a secure and convenient shopping experience. Here you will find all the information about the available payment methods.

What payment options do I have?

In the FoxySea online shop, you can pay using the following methods:

Payment by Credit Card

We accept the following credit cards:

Payment Process: When you complete your order by clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button, the amount is initially only authorised on your credit card. The actual charge is made only when your order is dispatched. In the case of a return, the corresponding amount will be credited back to your card account as soon as we have processed the return.

Security through 3-D Secure: For your security, we use the 3-D Secure procedures "Verified by Visa" and "Mastercard SecureCode". After entering your card details, you will be redirected to your card issuer to confirm your identity with a personal code or an app approval. This procedure effectively protects you from card misuse. We recommend that you contact your bank to find out about activating 3-D Secure for your card.

Payment by PayPal

PayPal is a secure and fast online payment service. If you choose PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal after completing the order. There, you log in with your credentials and confirm the payment.

Your bank or credit card details are securely stored in your PayPal account and are not transmitted to us. The payment is usually registered immediately, so your order can be processed promptly.

Charging and Refunding: Similar to credit card payments, your PayPal account is only charged when the goods are dispatched. In the case of a return, the credit is made directly to your PayPal account.

Can I pay by direct debit?

We do not currently offer direct payment by direct debit. However, you have the option to use the direct debit procedure via your PayPal account, provided you have a bank account linked there.

Is payment in the FoxySea online shop secure?

Yes. The security of your data is our highest priority. All personal information, including your payment data, is transmitted using SSL encryption (Secure Socket Layer). This procedure ensures that your data cannot be viewed by third parties during transmission.

Additional security is provided by the aforementioned 3-D Secure procedures for credit card payments. You can trust that your purchase at FoxySea is secure.

Is a credit check carried out?

FoxySea does not carry out credit checks. However, we reserve the right to exclude customers from future purchases in cases of justified suspicion of fraud in order to protect ourselves and our customers.
