Cancellation and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you will find all the information about your right of withdrawal and the return process here.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, FoxySea, by means of a clear declaration (e.g., by e-mail to info@foxysea.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such repayment.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us, to the address provided by our customer service. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Extended 30-Day Return Option (Exchange or Return)

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer you a voluntary return option of a total of 30 days from receipt of the goods. You can also withdraw from the contract after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired by returning the product to us.

Conditions for the extended return:

  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • It must not show any signs of use.
  • All original labels, accessories, and components must be present.

Your statutory right of withdrawal is not affected by this provision.

Instructions for Returning Goods

1. Get in touch: Send an e-mail to info@foxysea.com and let us know that you wish to return or exchange a product.

2. Wait for instructions: Our customer service will provide you with all the necessary instructions for the return, including the correct return address.

Attention: Under no circumstances should you send your products to the sender's address on the package or any other address not expressly confirmed by us. A refund can only be guaranteed if the instructions are followed correctly.

Refund Methods

FoxySea will process the refund as quickly as possible, but no later than 7 working days after receipt and inspection of the return in our warehouse.

  • Credit card payment: The refund will be made directly to the credit card used for the purchase and will be visible on your next card statement.
  • Other payment methods: If a refund to the original payment method is not possible, we will contact you to request the bank details for the transfer of the amount.
